Fullwise is a nutrition and progress app from Glenmont Circle. This policy explains the information used to provide the app.

Information on your device

Your profile, settings, food log, saved images, weight and body-fat history are stored on your device. You control whether Fullwise may read or write supported data in Apple Health. Apple Health data is never used for advertising.

AI features

When you use food analysis, speech transcription or the Fullwise Advisor, the text, images, audio or relevant profile and progress context needed for that request is sent securely to our service and the selected processing provider, including Google Gemini or Deepgram. This content is used to answer your request, not to advertise to you. Fullwise does not store the content of AI requests in its quota database.

Subscriptions and service protection

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user identifier and purchase status so Fullwise can provide and restore Pro access. Firebase App Check receives device and app-integrity information to protect the AI service from abuse. Our service stores a pseudonymous installation identifier with daily request counts for quota and fraud prevention.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking. Processing providers may temporarily process requests under their own service terms. Local app data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Operational quota records are retained only as needed to run and protect the service.

Your choices

You can decline camera, Photos, microphone, speech recognition and Apple Health permissions and still use other logging methods. You can change permissions in iOS Settings and delete local logs in the app.

Children and health

Fullwise is intended for adults and is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or manage medical conditions or eating disorders.
